On April 19th, 2016 from 4:30-7:00pm, over 750 teens between the ages of 15 and 19 attended a job fair specifically targeted towards their age group at the Forest Home Library. The response to the event was so positive, it has since been replicated biannually between 12 libraries in Milwaukee county using the template and materials I created for the event.

 

I presented reproduction instructions at the 2015 Wisconsin Library Association Conference and facilitated a webinar on teen programming in January 2017 for Wisconsin’s Department of Public Instruction, inspired by this event.
